Warranties - Guarantee:

All products sold by RC Yachts are inspected and adjusted individually before leaving the manufacturer and are guaranteed to be free of material defects and manufacturing faults when new.

General Warranty Policies:

RC Yachts warrants all products to be free of material and workmanship defects for a period of 30 days* from date of purchase for all electronic components and 90 days* for all non-electronic components. If a component is defective or was not correctly made, RC Yachts will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the item free of charge. This is a non-transferable warranty and does not cover normal wear and tear, crash or water damage, modifications, failure to perform routine maintenance, or any damages arising as a result of improper use.

A Note Concerning International Shipping:

Duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your local customs office before making a purchase from RC Yachts. Your local authorities will add these charges and expect payment upon delivery. These fees are not additional shipping charges assessed by RC Yachts. We will not falsify the declared value of an item or mark a package as gift to reduce import fees, as this practise is illegal. For many international shipments we use a courier service and your package may take up to 14 business days to arrive, it will first be sent to the courier in the UK, then sent to you on its final delivery.

Refused Orders Due to Non-Payment of Duties and Taxes:

If your order is returned to us for failure to pay duties and taxes assessed by your country, we will not refund your original purchase price, or any shipping charges incurred.

Important Notice:

RC Yachts assumes sole responsibility for our products and only products supplied by RC Yachts. All warranty claims are to be directed to info@radiosailing.co.uk. Before returning any defective product, please contact RC Yachts Customer Service by submitting a support case here to receive a Return Authorisation Number. A dated and itemised sales receipt must accompany any product returned for warranty work.

Release of Liability:

RC Yachts, its affiliates, manufacturers, shall not be held liable for any accident, injury to persons, or damage to property resulting from use, misuse, or abuse of any RC Yachts products. In purchasing any RC Yachts products, the user agrees to accept responsibility for all such risk. Please refer to your products specific Warnings and Instructions supplied with all RC Yachts products. If you are unsure about how to use or handle any of our products contact our Customer Service Department for assistance.

Prices and Payment:

All prices are in £ sterling and include UK VAT at the appropriate rate. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards through PayPal only. Payment is taken once we have established that we can fulfil your order, checked details and stock availability and dispatched your goods.


We mainly deliver within mainland UK, but also send internationally (conditions of which are below in delivery costs). We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver products that do not need construction within 3 working days. Despite our best efforts, we do occasionally run out of stock. If your order contains an item(s) that are out of stock, we will, at our discretion, wait until all items are in stock before processing our order or send the in stock items with the out of stock items to follow at a later date.


Any orders outside of the UK will have their postage confirmed after the order is placed, so we can evaluate the cost of specific product/s being sent. Payment through PayPal should not be made by the customer until we have sent a confirmed price by email. Once a confirmed price has been received, the customer should use the 'send funds' option on their PayPal accounts to send the confirmed price to mikeweston@btconnect.com.


All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Order Now", we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filed. For safety reasons your order’s data are not accessible via Internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.

Return Policy:

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

Customers have the right to cancel goods within 7 working days without giving a reason. In the case of goods, the 7 days commence when the customer receives the goods. Items must be returned unused, unopened (with any seals and wrapping intact) and in resalable condition. Delivery and collection charges are not refundable. We will return your money within 28 days of cancellation.

Any items damaged or faulty must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
